Removed the update comment; Light posts spawning inside animal pens is a separate issue and is tracked here: MC-140398
This is intended. When you load a path with a structure block, you can see that there is some jigsaw blocks in order to generate decor and trees. See screenshots. Same for light posts on animal pens : they are counted as "decor". So it is totally intended. This bug is a feature suggestion.
