Shulker Box moved by piston disappears

When a shulker box is moved by a piston (for example in a shulker box loader) the piston deletes the shulker box, and it is gone.

WAI. Shulker Boxes drop upon being pushed by pistons. If it didn't drop, your game is probably suffering from lag.

Check what the doTileDrops gamerule is set to.
