[MC-14117] Level Up Sounds Different

Chiming at the end of the level up sound (after five levels) is completely non-existent as of 13w16a.
Tested multiple times both whilst killing mobs, and using the /xp command.

Confirmed. The chimes no longer play. Probably related to the changes in sound asset locations.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

While this issue is ongoing I've seen no attempts made to fix it as well as only a few complaints on it.
I suspect nothing will be done to fix the issue while I would love to see it fixed I am afraid it is stale.
