[MC-141215] Silverfish spawner destroyed but silverfish still spawn (server only)

I destroyed a silverfish spawner in a portal room but they are still spawning as if it was there.

I have done this in two different portal rooms in this world with the same results.

Hurting a silverfish (or endermite, as you insist on calling them) makes nearby monster eggs turn into silverfish.

Fixed in the latest snapshot.

Is this still an issue in 19w11b?

I was unable to reproduce this bug in 19w06a so it seem to be fixed.
