[MC-142044] Lectern hit box, collision box and model are all different.

The lectern has 3 different cubes for the top part

the model is diagonal
the hit box is staircase-like
the collision box is a horizontal slab

Expected is that they all are the same.

My appologies if I come off as rude or anything, but I don't understand how this issue could be both WAI and fixed in some version?

It's so strange that it's marked as "Work As Intended" but it marked for "Minecraft 19w03b"

I already asked a mojira mod/helper to ping adrian about his mistake, but it may take a while before it gets corrected.

It was unchanged in 03b, so I removed the fix version
