As described in the title. Wandering traders still use the villagers text "Villagers restock up to two times a day" even though their trades can never restock.

Thanks, I've only just seen their spawning rules via docm's findings. While their flawed design is another problem completely, I've updated the ticket to reflect the core issue.
It should really refresh its trades by doing an other trade, or maybe after some time, or even an other way. If trades are limited, the wandering trader loses so much interest, which was making renewable resources like sand, dirt (via podzol trade), coral block... Before you had to destroy a whole biome in order to farm those items, (that was the case especially for sand, that can be craft in sandstone and concrete, which is very needed for building... in a lot of servers you have an insane amount of desert biomes that are completely emptied. This is very annoying)
Naturally spawned wandering traders despawn after 2-3 in game days so there isn't really a point in the trades being able to be refreshed b/c they disappear pretty quickly anyways. However, I do think that you should be able to do more trades with them before they are locked out.

If you have a stock of emerald that you prepared for the wandering trader, you can do a bunch of trade in 40 mn. At this point it would be a truly way to get renewable sand, dirt, and coral block
Confirmed for 19w11a, but instead it says "Villagers restock up to two times a day" even though wandering traders never restock.
Note: If this behaviour is intended, the text that shows up if you hover above the crossed out arrow should be changed from "Trade something else to unlock!" to something else, for example "Out of stock!".
