[MC-143732] Undead mobs that are halfway in sand blocks dont burn in daylight

I was messing around in the deserts making the sand that have nothing below them fall and get to a cave, i make that drop and a zombie gets stuck. I realise that it is not burning in daylight, no blocks above it. So I break the block.

Confirmed in 19246b. Mob also turns black when it stops burning. Additional screenshots attached.
