The plains weaponsmith is partially cut off by the structure block, causing part of its roof to be missing. I've attached images showing the part that was cut off.

Can confirm. The affected structure file is "
minecraft:village/plains/houses/plains_weaponsmith_1". The front of the blacksmith has the extended roof, so it is to be expected that the back also does; though this might be intended.
