When clicking the "Video Options..." button or any anywhere else in "Video Options..." the click sound will play (causing IF pressing a button, it will play the sound twice).

Confirmed for 19w07a.

In addition, the sound is played more than once (because it is noisier than usual).

Confirmed too.

Just wanted to add that this also happens in the main settings menu (not Video Settings) if you click anywhere on the FOV slider. Try changing it, then click anywhere on the screen – the click sound will play, but only once rather than multiple times. This is reset if you enter any sub-screen (or leave the settings screen) and go back.

Also confirmed,

Moreover, radio settings (like render distance, brightness, max framerate, and other) won't behave normally. The slider is broken: you only have the ability to click somewhere in the slider to edit the setting

Still an issue after adjusting a slider (ex. "Fullscreen Resolution") then clicking anywhere.

I just created another issue about this. [MC-144525]
I believe it might as well just be a different bug. The behavior reported here was indeed fixed, but this one wasn't despite being seen since 19w07a (see my comment above).

Fair point. I'll re-resolve this and mark yours as related. Thanks!
