When entering water while flying with your elytra OR when facing certain angles (in air); your legs will move fastly.
How to reproduce
Use Elytra.
Fly into the water.
→ Your legs will move fastly.

Not only in water, also in mid air. I also noticed the flying animation (with legs closed and wings spread back) is very rare with this version, even when you throw a rocket, you still have the animation of walking in mid air.
What I tried to explain above has been reported in MC-144877.
This glitch may also cause a bug that stops the game's frame rate when turning too fast in water: Link
This doesn't cause a crash, as reproducing this requires a task manager shutdown afterwards.

Seems to just be a visual glitch. It didn't make me move any faster.
