[MC-145] On snow covered/carpeted blocks, Creepers only give 1/2 heart of damage

If a Creeper explodes while you and it are on snow covered blocks, you will only receive 1/2 heart of damage.

On non snow covered blocks, you receive a large amount of damage.

Tested this out, and it is true. On snow covered blocks, I was about 4 blocks from a Creeper and lost 1/2 heart, but on non covered blocks, lost about 7 hearts on Hard. I think this started in one of the 1.4 snapshots, not sure which, it wasn't in 1.3 I believe...

The snow tiles explode and that takes 'energy' from the explosion.
