Items cannot be used when pointing at a llama or horse within four blocks

When standing within about four blocks of a llama/ trader llama, bows and crossbows in main hand cannot be charged/ fired by right clicking; instead it will trigger llama sound. Already charged crossbows cannot be fired as well.

Can also confirm with horses or when attempting to use any item (snowball, cooked porkchop in Survival, etc), though this behavior may be intended.
