When a villager goes sleeping in a bed, we can push them and they are on the floor until next day

Can still reproduce in 19w12b.

It seems they can also suffocate in the walls and die when they get out of bed, as did I. 

That is a different issue, MC-146360.

You should be able to push the villager around and out of bed but when they leave the bed area they should stop sleeping.
