[MC-145723] Blast Furnace Smelting - The game crashed whilst ticking block entity

After putting Coal into a Blast Furnace to smelt Iron Ore, the game crashes and gives the error:

The game crashed whilst ticking block entity
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: POI never registered at eu{x=117, y=9, z=-155}

Was the block that caused the crash placed while running 19w08a by any chance?

Yes. I placed the block in the previous Snapshot version. If I were to pick it up and replace it, do you think the issue will resolve itself?

So, breaking and replacing the blocks did fix this issue.
