Hi; would it be okay if I request ownership since the current reporter has been inactive for over a year? This ticket is missing some crucial information such as what the contents of the untranslatable words actually state and I'd love to update this report to reflect this issue concisely. EDIT: The appropriate changes have been made to this ticket. This report previously stated that this was an issue for the following areas:
Description of the default resource pack.
Description of the programmer art resource pack.
Description of the vanilla data pack.
However, just under two weeks ago, a translation key was added for the default resource pack description, therefore making this no longer a problem. Following on from this, as far as I can tell, the description of the vanilla data pack has been translatable for over two years now, so I'm not sure why this was mentioned within this ticket. The only string that remains an issue is the description of the programmer art resource pack. As already mentioned above, I've updated this report to reflect this new information. 🙂
From me searching crowdin, the following are also untranslatable:

The names of the default data/resource packs, and the descriptions of all but programer art are translatable.
@unknown, thank you. I've updated this ticket to include the strings of text you mentioned. Speaking of which, these will probably be removed at some point in the near future, but since these data packs have translatable descriptions, it's inconsistent for them to not have translatable titles.
Additionally, the "future update" data pack description string could just be "Update %s", with %s being set to "1.20"; that way the string can get reused in the future after 1.20.
Can confirm in 1.18.2 and 1.19 Pre-release 3.
