Farmer villagers don't stop to pick up their crops

Is this still an issue in 1.14.3 Pre-Release 1 (or later)?

After watching villagers in 1.14.3-pre1, I confirmed this and found that farmers may pathfind to another crop before they could collect the drops from their previous crop. This combined with the tendency for them to break crops from extra far away causes them to often leave drops just laying around, and those drops may even despawn. By the way, it is really late right now where I am so I will go to bed and confirm more issues tomorrow.

Farmer Villagers pick up the Crops but i cant get them to farm anything.
