I'm on the surface and when I'm standing where the laughing is the loudest there are no witches, I'm also at a forest biome so i don't see how a witch could be there in the first place. it's just annoying when trying to build but I'm being laughed at

Duplicate of MC-146297. Sounds are kind of glitchy in the latest snapshot, which made you hear the witch from such a distance.
