The bug
Raid ends when only one villager is defeated even if there are other villagers in the village.
To reproduce
find a village (or make one)
find the furthest house from the centre or make a house far from the centre (make sure it still registers as part of the original village also give it a works station and a villager)
trigger a raid whilst in the furthest house
then let an illager kill the villager you spawned in the furthest house, then the bossbar says "Raid -defeat" even though villagers are still wandering around.
Video
there is an example of it in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZRj4UYr3nk
at 18:22 it says "defeat" then at 19:42 you see a villager in one of the houses

Raiders pre-maturely declaring victory in completely natural village.
the bar is not ful there is still villagers same with defeating raids the bar goes down when you kill pilliger. accept vice versa
I moved a single villager to my house and my villager had to Fisherman job. I started the raid and two rounds later it said defeat (no evokers nor vexes yet), I then hurriedly went to the place where my villager is at and I still see him there and he doesn't have his job as a Fisherman anymore.
What I think happened is that, when the villager lost his job as a Fisherman somehow, the raid detects it as no villager since it needs a job block or a bed.
I'm not if this is an intended feature or not.
