Clicking on the bell from unringable angles/clicking non bell parts of the bell plays the hand animation

Most likely resulted from the fix to MC-145675.

When right clicking the bell at an angle which it cannot swing, or right clicking supporting structures within the bell block, the hand animation will play, suggesting an action has taken place even though it has not.
