Subtitle translation for placing nether wart is incorrect

The translation is

"subtitles.item.nether_wart.plant": "Crop planted"

when it should be something like:

"subtitles.item.nether_wart.plant": "Nether wart planted"

If this is intended, then there's no use for nether wart to use a separate translation as it should just use the same one the rest of the crops use.

Currently does not matter as they are both unused entirely, see MC-148831
