[MC-148831] Subtitle translations for placing crops are unused, subtitles display "Block placed" instead

As the title said,

"subtitles.item.crop.plant": "Crop planted"

and

"subtitles.item.nether_wart.plant": "Crop planted"

are unused as planting crops instead uses the

"subtitles.block.generic.place": "Block placed"

translation for the subtitles, which is incorrect.

Is it? All blocks use that, and planting crops is still placing blocks; placed crops are blocks.
I'd rather say the 2 unused strings should be deleted instead.
