A few tooltip lines appear as white when they used to be gray

The following tooltips appear as white when they should/used to appear as gray:

• Crossbow projectile

• Shulker box contents

• Item durability (advanced)

In the creative menu search tab, they appear gray, but nowhere else.
As of 20w17a, they appear white even in the search tab.

After checking every other tooltip I could think of, only these were found to be affected.
