[MC-149635] Glass panes connect to sea lanterns and glowstone

The bug

In version 1.14 the glass panes decides to connect to the sea lanterns instead of creating a clean row as it used to in the last versions.

Still a thing in 26.2. snap-2, def works as intended at this point surely? happened with the rest of the transparent changes in 19w13a (1.14) with similar blocks like glass
