[MC-14973] Weird random flames from torches/spawners are appearing

Just noticed some weird flames randomly appearing, that look exactly like the flames produced by torches. It was hard to take a snapshot cause they appear only for a fraction of time.

No Fireballs (there is no (more) Nether), this are "reflections" of the torches.

Maybe related to MC-1607 ?

That issue occurs only in a very specific part of the world, see the coordinates in the screenshots.

Those are blaze fireballs still floating in the air. Resolving to MC-4465.
