Was fighting a ravager in a staircase made of normal stone bricks and stone brick slabs when the ravager killed me in two hits (had 8 hp + iron armor), when it was too far away (on the 2nd hit) for me to hit it. No animations were shown when it happened. Looked up a ravagers behaviour and there's no indication that this should be possible.
