Cauldrons, hoppers and composters cannot support scaffolding

Scaffolding's legs are 2x2 and exist at all four corners of the block. However, despite this, placement on top of cauldrons, hoppers and composters, blocks which should logically be able to support these due to having filled 2x2 areas at each corner at the top of the block, completely fails.
