When I go into fullscreen using either F11 or the option in video settings, one of the monitors turns black, randomly flashing from black to what used to be on the display and back again. This also causes the FPS to drop with frame updates "roughly" (I'm not 100% sure) reflecting when the affected monitor is briefly restored. When fullscreened on monitor 1, monitor 2 is affected. On monitor 2, monitor 3 is affected. And, on monitor 3, monitor 3 shows a still frame from when the fullscreen was initalized with monitor 1 being updated. Additionally to this, mouse movements need to be made on monitor 3 in order to register. Trying to use the mouse on monitor 1 in this case does not work and flashing does not occur at all in this scenario.
"What I expected to happen was....:"
Fullscreen mode to activate without affecting the other monitors.
"What actually happened was....:"
1 of the connected monitors showed flashing to black or showing a still frame of the game before it was fullscreened. (Which monitors were affected in each case is above).
"Steps to Reproduce:"
When on any screen in Minecraft, press F11 or toggle fullscreen in the video options with more than 1 monitor connected.

I would suggest checking video drivers, maybe the monitor itself doesn't support Fullscreen game on another. You can try to check Fullscreen-windowed mode using the following JVM Argument:
-Xmx4G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M -Dorg.lwjgl.opengl.Window.undecorated=true
Does MC-150369 cover your issue?
While the issue wasn't exactly the same, updating my NVIDIA drivers did fix the problem. Thank you very much for the assistance!
I have two monitors and do not have that problem.
