Minecraft Crashed after the chunk that had my home loaded

I don't know a lot about java, but i think the problem is with a item frame. also, if you were playing in a server, why there was only you? All players: 1 total; [bbb['JNRM3'/264, l='MpServer', x=211910.64, y=69.62, z=1986699.93]]

and why the map was in creative? Level game mode: Game mode: creative (ID 1). Hardcore: false. Cheats: false

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.6.2 / Launcher version 1.1.3 ? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

No response in 4 months, assuming no longer an issue.
