Environment

All the verifications have this error but they had this option "VBO", in 1.14.x does not have this option is always activated because there is not, it can be a mistake not to have a video card. [sorry if there is any typing error, I'm using Google Translator because my language is Portuguese]

Due to the changes to the rendering engine in 1.14, VBO support is now required and therefore can not be disabled anymore.
