[MC-153206] Removal of the "VBO" or "VBOs" option, causing crashes when playing if this option is activated as it was removed is always activated.

Probably to fix this bug is only to add this option back to the game. Please!!!

You don't have access to them yet.

Due to the changes to the rendering engine in 1.14, VBO support is now required and therefore can not be disabled anymore.
