The bug

Librarians from versions below 1.14 don't apply hero of the village discounts to enchanted books. This affects all 1.14 and 1.15 versions, and 1.16 snapshots, pre releases and 1.16 rc1.

Please check if this is still an issue for you in 1.16 Release Candidate 1 or later.

just tested in rc1, nothing's changed. 

Can confirm. Also providing a read to use repo world.
