Villages and pillager outposts don't generate in snowy taigas

Probably intended.

On wiki,snowy taiga can generate villages.

That section of the wiki is outdated since it also says that illager patrols can spawn there only in bedrock edition, even though there is a recent change that allows them to spawn in java edition as well (in any biome that can spawn hostile mobs).

I think this should be reopened for proper parity evaluation. Villages and pillager outposts also don’t spawn in sunflower plains, taiga hills, and snowy taiga hills as well in java.

This will stay as "Works As Intended" unless the rules for parity change or if this gets added.
