[MC-155971] Iron golems not spawned by villagers in 1.14.4 pre-releases

Golems no longer seem to spawn in Villages. Recreate by creating a brand new 1.14.4 pre1 survival world. Locate a village and kill the golem. Ensure there are at least 6 villagers with beds and professions and wait.......and wait........and wait.

Since 1.14.3, villagers need to panic to be able to summon an iron golem.
Edit: apparently, the villagers can still build up enough normal gossip to summon a golem, it's just much slower than it used to be. So yeah, this is probably a bug.

I made a iron golem farm in pre-release 2 and it was spawning golems. I can't tell if there is any difference with 1.14.3 though. Please anyone having an issue with this, attach a world download.

Can confirm this, not a single iron ingot from my iron farms in any of the 1.14.4 pre-releases.

Just fixed it, didn't account for MC-156126. The villagers lost their profession due to no longer being able to reach their work stations. Changing the work station positions to be right in front and below them allows them to spawn iron golems again. Previously, I had the work stations placed underneith the beds, which worked just fine up to 1.14.3.
