So after killing the ender dragon i jumped into the end portal back to get back home when i did that my game froze and after waiting 20 minutes for it to reconnect i closed the frozen game and then when i opened my launcher and got into my world in world i was in the end with all my stuff and no dragon and the portal to get back into overlord was just gone the bedrock and everything was still there but the thing you jump into in the portal was gone i have screnshots of it please reach out for any tips or how to fix it.

I am not exactly an expert but (MAKE A BACKUP FIRST) press down f3 + c to force a crash and post the crash report since it might give some insight on the state of your world. Also, just to solve your problem you can stand near the portal and (after making a backup) do
/setblock ~ ~ ~2 end_portalJust so you can get out. you can also use this to fill in the whole portal like its supposed to be by getting the cordinates of where the portal blocks need to be.
