[MC-15663] Unable to rename items back to default name

When I rename an item with the anvil and then want to rename it back to it original name, I cannot rename it.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
