[MC-157000] The Enchantment "Curse of Vanishing" doesnt work.

So, I put it on a leather hat and I had it for about a Minecraft week. It never vanished. It just stayed with me.

Items with Curse of Vanishing don't drop if you die with keepInventory = false (unlike other items); they don't disappear on their own if you don't die.

Thanks @Sonicwave and @J4TZplayZ. It used to be different though, right? like it used to disappear after a certain amount of time.
