please check the villager count in said village you will need more beds than villagers and they all need at least 3 bread, 10 beetroot, 10 potato's, or 10 carrots to breed and if a villager death has happened breeding will stop for about 3 minutes
I have 19 beds, 19 work stations, and only 16 villagers (3 of them are farmers). They enter love mode (which they wouldn't do if they didn't have enough food), but instead of producing a baby they get anger particles (which I understand indicates the game thinks that there aren't enough beds.) One of the unclaimed beds is actually in the same medium house with a claimed bed, so proximity shouldn't be an issue either.
I broke all the unclaimed beds and replaced them and they finally had another baby.
But the baby still didn't claim a bed and is just standing around inside.
[media]I'm having the same problem. I tried breaking all the unclaimed beds and replacing them, but still no babies. I've tried this in two different villages with the same result. This says resolved, but it doesn't seem to be fixed.
I'm also seeing this problem. Villagers have been given bread, potatoes, beetroot until they won't pick up any more. There are three times as many beds as villagers but they still generate anger particles.
EDIT: I managed to get them to breed (once, so far) by placing eight extra beds in the open next to the meeting point. They apparently can't see most of the ones in houses.
Villager won't breed on the entire world, I tried to replace bed, change totally villagers, search new village never generate and transform zombie villager to villager, but steel they don't want to breed and harvest anything.

In order for villager breeding to occur, the villagers breeding have to be able to access the 3 beds, or at least be able to sleep in them. If the beds are on a ledge above the villager, THE BREEDING WILL NOT HAPPEN.
SO YES, WE CAN THANK MOJANG FOR MAKING VILLAGER BREEDING 100X HARDER.
Can someone tell me why these villagers won't breed. I have been sitting here for over 3 hours and nothing has happened, despite me feeding them several stacks of bread.

I've been having this problem too. The game seems to be not recognizing some of the beds. I had a villager standing next to bed but wouldn't sleep in it. Once I broke it and replaced it, he slept in it. Now I have empty beds, and villagers entering love mode, but then they get anger particles instead of producing a baby. Mine is also a traditional village, not a breeding farm, etc.
