Place, breaking and break sounds made by armor stand are not affected by Silent NBT tag

The bug

When placing down an armor stand, punching the armor stand and break down the armor stand, the sounds made by armor stand are not controllable by the Silent NBT tag.

How to reproduce

1. Give an armor stand with the Silent entity tag

   /give @s minecraft:armor_stand{EntityTag:{Silent:1b}}

2. Place down the armor stand, punch on the armor stand or break down the armor stand
   → ❌ The armor stand will be made sounds on the latest step
