Silent tag is still not working for some mobs and entities

The bug

MC-64242 has been marked as fixed but the Silent tag is still not working for some mobs.

Affected mobs :

• Zombified Piglin:

  • Transforming from a pig to a zombified piglin by a lightning bolt (fixed in 24w36a)

  • Piglin transforming into zombified piglin (fixed in 24w36a)

• Phantom: flapping sound, see MC-133735

  /summon phantom ~ ~ ~ {Silent:1}

• Creeper: See MC-63811

• Sniffer : Sniffer searches sound

  /summon sniffer ~ ~ ~ {Silent:1}

• Happy Ghast : happy ghast is ready

/summon happy_ghast ~ ~ ~ {Silent:1}

Entities summoned by mobs

• Splash potions of Witches

• Wither Skull from Wither (explosion sound)

• Ghast Fireball (explosion sound)

Others

• Potions

  /summon splash_potion ~ ~ ~ {Silent:1b}

• Lightning Bolt

• Experience orbs when getting collected by a player (maybe intended!?)

• Bottle o' Enchanting

• Given splash potions (maybe intended!?)

• End Crystal

• Firework rocket explosion

• TNT (see MC-63811)
