While playing minecraft realms, I tried to change the world to creative ,but for some reason it didn't work it just came up as survival and wouldn't change. when fixed some bugs/added features in it the only new feature that worked was the seed feature. Mojang please look in to this bug.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
