Redstone bug with the directions, so this are just stoping my work in minecraft

So, the redstone signal is not working same at directions... like in North, South, east, west, I will use the redstone one tick example but without a repeater in the front of the blocks, and with this bug, are literally stoping my project haha, because I need a compact 1 tick ...
