Dispensed empty bottles collect honey but do not drop honey level

When a dispenser dispenses an empty bottle onto a bee nest, it collects honey, but it does not lower the honey level of the bee nest, thus producing infinity honey bottles

I can confirm this. 👍

Cannot reproduce, the honey level is decreased to 0 as soon as the honey is taken from the nest. However, there's a similar issue: MC-159395. Does that describe what you're experiencing?

No it is not, what I am experiencing is the following:

  1. Dispenser dispenses an empty glass bottle onto a filled bee nest

  2.  A honey bottle drops out, as it should

  3.  Each bee hive and bee nest (I am only talking about the bee nest in this bug) has a "honey level" as to how much honey is currently inside it and awaiting harvest

  4.  What SHOULD happen is that when the honey bottle drops out, from the dispensed glass bottle, is that the "honey level" should lower 1 (from 5 to 4, or 4 to 3, so on)

  5. What CURRENTLY happens is that the honey bottle drops out, but the "honey level" does not lower like it should.

  6. As far as to my knowledge, this bug only exists with dispensers

What SHOULD happen is that when the honey bottle drops out, from the dispensed glass bottle, is that the "honey level" should lower 1 (from 5 to 4, or 4 to 3, so on)

It should lower from 5 directly down to 0, and that's what's happening in my tests.

I have seen your comment and am currently uploading a YT video for it

This is MC-159395. The dispenser can take honey out of the nest even though there is nothing in it. As you set up a clock that starts as soon as the honey level is increased once, it'll continuously try to get honey from the nest, and succeed every time because of MC-159395.

I am infuriated. For. The. Last. Time. THIS IS A UNIQUE BUG! MC-159395 IS ABOUIT BEE **HIVES** THIS BUG IS ABOUT BEE **NESTS**. 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS! The staff of this bug website are horrible because they just label all of the bugs on here "duplicates" even though they aren't! I posted a freaking video showing the bug! How is this not concrete evidence that this bug is a bug that can be exploited very easily! This difference between MC-159395 and this one are as follows:

  1. This bug has a dispenser problem with bee nests

  2.  MC-159395 is a bug involving bee hives that don't take honey from bees

Bee nests and bee hives are two completely different things! As well as these bugs!

Sorry, turns out I had the wrong ticket link all along. The one I wanted to link to is MC-159359.

Ok, sorry for getting so exasperated.
