The bug
In the latest snapshot a dispenser can be triggered infinitely many times and collect honey to a bottle when facing a bee hive/nest. A player can only harvest honey if the honey_level is set to 5. This is not the case for dispensers.
To reproduce
Place a bee hive or a bee nest
Place a dispenser next to it, facing the hive or the nest
Put glass bottles into the dispenser
Activate the dispenser with a redstone signal
→ ❌ The dispenser collected honey even though thehoney_levelof the bee hive or nest was0

this is indeed true, for whatever reason dispensers with a bottle in it will deny any changes to be hives/nests,
