[MC-15999] Minecarts aren't being moved by pistons

when you push a minecart with pistons the piston extension just goes through the minecart. even if youre in the minecart you get stuck in the pistons..

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

yes. they still don't push the minecarts and i have 1.6.2..

Works fine if the minecart is on a track.
