For example, in the composter image, particles can be seen first appearing in the empty space in the very center, floating, parallel to the rims of the composter. Ideally, particles should only come from the rims.
At first glance this might appear as not necessarily a bug, but if there is e.g. a baby chicken in a cauldron, you *can* hit it, so you do not mine the surface of the block, you mine on the hitbox.
