Only the lowest face of a block is checked when creating dripping particles

To reproduce, place a fluid block above a hopper. Since the hopper completely conceals the fluid, the hopper correctly emits dripping particles as a warning. However, all of them are generated at the very bottom face of the convex hull of the hopper entirely, instead of at the bottom face of each individual cuboid, resulting in some of the particles being generated in midair.
