Hmm. Can you share your game output log with us? You can find it in [minecraft/logs|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder/]. There should be multiple files in there, one for every time you played Minecraft. Please attach all the files from when you played in this world.

Also, it would be very helpful if we could take a look at your world save. Please attach the affected (zipped) world file. If the file size is too large, please upload it somewhere else and then link to it here.

Another question: Do you have a backup of the world before all the chunks got messed up? If so, it would be great to have a look at that as well.

Do you have any anti-virus? Also, did you crash before world was corrupted? Was your drive full?

i think my computer got shut down because the power went out thats probably it

In that case, there's not much we can do about that issue. If a world cannot be properly saved and gets corrupted in the process because the Minecraft process is killed, Minecraft itself cannot prevent any corruption.

If the issue occurs again with a new world without the computer being shut down while Minecraft is running, please create a new ticket.
