when placing a sticky piston downwards over a powered rail, then activating it with a button, the rail breaks, and causes a rail on each side to break also.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Confirmed in 13w19a. With regular rails, the two on the side just slope upwards.
