Dispenser with empty bottles plays successful sound when attempting to remove honey from non-full bee house/empty space

I feel like this has been reported before as something else but couldn't see anything after checking.

The sounds played in this case should probably be failed sounds, since nothing really happens. For example, this is the case with bone meal.
