Can confirm: I had bees frozen before 19W36A but they are still frozen after I updated to the snapshot

Try holding a flower near them. I believe doing so resets the AI behavior.

Duplicate of MC-159350. The fix was that the bees would still have an animation when freezing in place instead of appearing petrified with no animation.
