Sorry about that again. MC-165173 didn't show up in my searches. most likely because it used words like "exit" and "nest"
Sorry, I didn't find the other ticket when using the search; most likely because I was using the keyword "Golem".
Also this isn't quite the same as the bug listed in that ticket. MC-145707 shows the villagers on the floor sleeping. but the issue I brought up has to do with villagers fully exiting the bed and entering a state of not sleeping. Given that it's supposed to be an intended feature to move them in bed, it's hard to say if what happens when they get knocked off is a bug or something intentional.
sounds like the order of events needs to be switched around so the stack size is altered after the main action is complete, rather than before.
I've seen Iron Golems spin in place as well.
Additionally, if the hive honey level is below 5, empty bottles are ejected instead of failing to harvest honey. most likely breaking some harvesting designs.
Is this really a bug? trapdoors cause the player to enter crawl/crouch stance. so considering cauldrons may be filled with water, the swim animation makes sense when filled. it would only be a bug if the animation was swim when empty.
Sorry about that. Though, the bug seems to be different this time around so I've created a ticket for a "different" bug; one regarding villagers path-finding to work (and possibly other targets as well). Because this time around it might just be them path-finding straight to the target as opposed to path-finding thru corners.

That's because it's not a block update. This isn't a bug; but more a suggestion. To which, you should lookup detector rails.
Try holding a flower near them. I believe doing so resets the AI behavior.
This bug is back again in 19w36a, but may be only when doing certain AI tasks. I've seen a villager path-find into a pair of diagonal fence posts while heading to work. but seem to avoid doing so when doing other things.
This bug gets weirder though. I've seen bees able to reliably get in and out only to get stuck for unknown reasons. This seems to kick off sometimes, when a new bee shows up and enters the nest. I suspect the bug might lie in the bee's AI, since only certain bees get stuck while others can escape.
